Overview

The LEKA multi-head servo filling machine series is designed for projects that need stable filling accuracy, repeatable servo control, and flexible model selection across different bottle sizes and product viscosities. The series includes 4-head high-capacity liquid filling, 8-12 head servo oil filling, 6-12 head servo filling, and 6-head servo filling with capping. For complete production planning, this unit can be matched with conveyor, capping, labeling, coding, and downstream packing equipment from the filling machine line.

Multi-Head Servo Filling 4-head, 6-head, 8-head, 12-head, and customized filling-head layouts can be evaluated according to output target, bottle spacing, and site layout.
Oil, Paste and Liquid Applications Available pump configurations include high-precision oil pump, magnetic gear pump, and 316L gear pump for different liquid and viscous product conditions.
PLC and Touchscreen Control Siemens, Delta, and Xinjie control options can be configured with Chinese-English operating interface according to production and operator requirements.
Integrated Capping Option The 6-head filling and capping configuration supports servo lifting and a servo-controlled three-claw capping mechanism when filling and capping need to be combined in one line.
