Product Overview

This tracking filling machine series is suitable for automatic filling lines where bottles continue moving during the filling process. The machine can be configured with different filling heads according to production capacity, bottle size, liquid characteristics, and factory layout.

Continuous Tracking Filling Filling can be completed while bottles move along the conveyor, improving line efficiency compared with stop-and-fill structures.
Servo-Controlled Filling Servo motor control supports stable filling volume and easier adjustment for different bottle formats.
Flexible Model Selection 2-head, 4-head, 6-head, and 8-head models are available for different production speed requirements.
Customizable Contact Parts Liquid contact parts can be selected according to product requirements, such as 316 stainless steel, PVC, or POM.
