Overview

The LEKA round bottle labeling machine series covers several automatic labeling structures for cylindrical containers. LEKA-lb050C uses a rubbing-belt structure for high-speed wrap-around labeling. LEKA-lb050 uses a pneumatic roller labeling structure for round bottle positioning and full-wrap labeling. LEKA-lb060P and LEKA-lb060 use star wheel bottle feeding to improve indexing speed and production rhythm for higher-output projects.

Round Bottle Wrap-Around Labeling Designed for cylindrical bottles and containers that require circumferential label application with stable label feeding and smooth label pressing.

Positioning Labeling Options LEKA-lb050 and LEKA-lb060P can be considered when the label must be applied to a fixed bottle position rather than only full-wrap labeling.

Servo Labeling Control Servo motor drive supports closed-loop control, high-speed positioning, and stable label output during continuous production.

Optional Online Functions Printer, visual inspection, reject mechanism, soft-bottle pressing or air-filling devices can be reviewed according to production requirements.
