Working Principle
Round bottles are separated and positioned, detected by sensors, and labeled by a servo-driven labeling head. The pneumatic roller / three-roller structure presses the label around the bottle surface for full-wrap or fixed-position labeling.
Container Range
Suitable for cylindrical bottles and round containers. Catalog reference lists common bottle diameter adaptation with universal bottle splitting and fast adjustment. Reference page lists bottle diameter 30-150mm and bottle height 30-350mm, with customization required above those values. Soft bottles may require an optional press-down air-filling mechanism.
