Main Labeling Structure
Star wheel infeed, triangle belt or pressure belt label wrapping, servo-driven label head and HMI control
Control and Detection
Siemens PLC, Panasonic servo motor, German/Japanese sensors, double pressure roller label feeding and CNC-machined parts are listed in the supplied reference.
Optional Modules
Date printer, shelf-life printer, vision inspection and rejection system, and custom non-standard configuration
Working Principle
Bottles are fed and indexed by the star wheel. When a bottle reaches the labeling position, the system controls the label head to dispense the label onto the bottle body. The triangle belt or pressure belt then wraps and presses the label around the cylindrical surface for high-speed round bottle labeling.
Container Range
Round or cylindrical bottles, especially small and medium round bottles. Final suitability should be confirmed with bottle diameter, bottle height, label size, bottle stability and target line speed.
Supported Bottle Types
Round bottles and cylindrical containers. Bottle diameter and height ranges are not fully specified in the supplied reference and should be confirmed with real samples.
Supported Cap Types
Not cap-specific. This model is selected by bottle shape, label position, label size and required speed rather than cap type.
Supported Label Positions
Round bottle full-wrap labeling / high-speed cylindrical bottle labeling. For orientation or positioning labels, use the positioning version instead.
Air Requirement
Air source requirement is not listed in the supplied reference. Confirm compressed air needs if optional pneumatic or rejection modules are selected.
Machine Dimensions
Catalog value: L3000 × W1250 × H1500mm. Text reference lists L3048 × W1250 × H1500mm; confirm final layout drawing before production.
Factory Layout Requirements
Reserve space for the star wheel infeed/outfeed, conveyor connection, label roll loading, operator access, electrical cabinet and optional inspection or rejection station. Final layout should match the full packaging line speed and bottle flow direction.
