Key Advantages

Why customers select this labeling machine.

1

Roll-Fed Hot Melt Labeling

Uses continuous roll-fed label operation to cut labels, apply glue and attach them to bottles without pre-cut or stacked labels.

2

High-Speed Rotary Output

Catalog output reaches 38000 BPH, suitable for beverage, water, food and daily chemical bottle lines that need high throughput.

3

Stable Bottle Transfer

Screw separation, star wheel transfer and vacuum drum labeling help keep bottle movement tight and label application stable.

4

Quick Change Components

Bottle star wheel and guide components use quick-disassembly design to support faster product changeover.

5

Servo and PLC Control

Catalog references Schneider servo motor and Siemens PLC control for stable and reliable operation.

Working Principle
Roll labels are continuously fed, cut, glued and applied to containers instead of being pre-cut or pre-stacked. Bottles are separated by screw, transferred by star wheel, rotated by the vacuum drum and labeled with hot melt adhesive while moving through the rotary system.
Container Range
Catalog range: bottle diameter 35-95mm and bottle height 130-310mm. Intended for round bottles with circumferential hot melt glue labeling. Final fit should be confirmed by bottle sample, label material, roll size and line speed.
Supported Bottle Types
PET, PP and PE round bottles; catalog bottle diameter 35-95mm and bottle height 130-310mm.
Supported Cap Types
Not cap-specific. Bottle rigidity, cap height, filled or empty bottle condition and bottle rotation stability should be confirmed before final configuration.
Supported Label Positions
Wrap-around circumferential labeling using roll-fed OPP film, pearl film, paper-plastic composite film and similar hot melt glue label materials.
Air Requirement
Main technical table: 0.8MPa operating air pressure. Series table lists 0.6MPa; use final machine configuration to confirm.
Machine Dimensions
L2720 × W2000 × H2150mm
Factory Layout Requirements
Confirm rotary machine footprint, hot melt glue system location, three-phase power, compressed air, conveyor direction, upstream filling speed and downstream packing connection before layout.

Operation & Support

Day-to-day operation, maintenance, and project support.

Maintenance Points

Changeover should confirm bottle diameter, bottle height, label width, label length, roll diameter, gluing temperature, star wheel/guide parts and target speed. Catalog notes quick disassembly for bottle star wheel and guide components.

Operators Required

1 operator for regular operation; additional support may be needed during product changeover, sample testing, or line adjustment.

Safety Protection

Safety protection can include emergency stop buttons, overload protection, sensor-based product detection, missing-label or no-product no-label control, protective covers for key moving parts, and line stop coordination with upstream or downstream equipment when integrated into a complete packaging line.

Custom Options

Optional configurations include roll-fed label handling, hot melt glue system configuration, bottle feeding and separating device, label cutting adjustment, conveyor connection, inspection device, reject device, and integration with high-speed bottle packaging lines.

After-Sales Support

LEKA Pack Line supports each packaging project from early configuration review to after-sales follow-up. Before production, we help review the customer's product type, container samples, filling volume, output target, voltage, cap type, labeling method, automation level and factory layout, so the machine or full line configuration matches real production needs. Before shipment, we can support sample confirmation, factory testing, test videos, export document coordination and spare parts preparation. After the machine arrives, support includes installation and commissioning videos, operator guidance, remote video diagnosis, troubleshooting assistance, spare parts dispatch and after-sales follow-up. Each machine includes a one-year free replacement service for damaged non-consumable spare parts from the date the customer signs for receipt of the machine, excluding normal wear parts, consumables and damage caused by improper operation. When needed, on-site technical service can also be discussed according to the project situation.
