What This Video Shows
This video shows the control setup and test-cycle activation of a single-head semi-automatic liquid filling machine. It is provided as an operating reference for the FLsemi-CLB02 double-head configuration because the control method is the same while the number of filling outlets differs.
This affordable machine family is suitable for startups and small factories that need flexible small-batch production with a low initial investment. During normal production, the operator positions a bottle, jar or other container beneath the filling nozzle and starts each cycle with the foot pedal or control trigger.
For liquids that foam easily, the container can be lowered gradually as the liquid level rises to reduce impact, splashing and foam. The video itself does not show liquid or container filling; final settings must be confirmed according to the product, container opening, filling volume and required accuracy.
