What This Video Shows
This video shows a semi-automatic liquid filling machine dispensing an oil-type liquid into a large rectangular container. The machine uses a servo-controlled gear pump and can be configured for filling volumes from 100 mL to 100 L.
It is suitable for water-based liquids, edible oil, industrial oil, food sauces, shower gel, detergents and cleaning liquids, subject to product viscosity, flow characteristics and filling requirements. Operators position the container and start each filling cycle, making the machine suitable for flexible production, varied container sizes and projects that do not require a fully automatic line.
