What This Video Shows
This video shows an automatic servo filling and capping line processing a tomato-based liquid product in clear plastic bottles. Bottles are conveyed into the filling section, where multiple filling units operate independently.
The filling action is designed to help reduce splashing and foaming before bottles move to cap placement and automatic capping. The video presents a filling volume reference from 200 mL to 2,000 mL and an output reference of up to 4,000 bottles per hour.
