This 5L laundry detergent filling line combines the LEKA-FLSFZ-04-B four-head tracking servo filling machine with automatic detergent pour-spout insertion and pressing, automatic capping, and aluminum foil sealing. For this project configuration, the line reaches 2,480 bottles per hour with handled jerrycans moving continuously through filling and downstream packaging.
The four-head tracking filling section fills containers as they travel along the conveyor, supporting continuous line operation. After filling, each container receives a detergent pour spout, the screw cap is tightened automatically, and an aluminum foil seal is applied to complete the package.
