Actual Chunky Sauce Filling Trial
A semi-automatic test showing visibly chunky sauce moving under hopper agitation and being filled into wide-mouth glass jars. Final particle passage and filling settings require sample confirmation.
LEKA-FLsemi-L01 is a single-head semi-automatic piston chunky sauce filling machine with an adjustable-speed mixing hopper. It is designed for sauce and selected particle-containing sauce samples, with SUS316 stainless steel product-contact parts and an 80 L standard mixing hopper for this configuration.

Optional Hopper Configurations
Mixing and water-jacket heating can be selected separately or combined according to sauce settling, viscosity changes and filling temperature requirements.

The empty-hopper demonstration shows the agitator layout and mechanical movement. Mixing speed is adjustable; loaded performance must be confirmed with the customer's sauce sample.
Continuous adjustable-speed agitation helps reduce settling, separation and uneven ingredient distribution before filling.
Built-in electric heating warms the water inside the double-layer jacket to help maintain flow for sauces that become thicker as temperature drops.

Why customers select this filling machine.
Agitator speed can be adjusted to suit different sauce viscosities, ingredient behavior and filling conditions.
Continuous hopper agitation helps reduce settling, separation and uneven ingredient distribution before filling.
The standard mixing hopper for this semi-automatic configuration is 80 L and can be customized.
Product-contact parts use SUS316 stainless steel for sauce handling.
Valve passage, nozzle size and operating settings are confirmed against ingredient size, viscosity, fill volume and container opening.

Day-to-day operation, maintenance, and project support.
Depends on sauce residue, ingredient size, filling volume, container opening and the required cleaning procedure.
Clean the hopper, agitator, piston cylinder, valve path and filling nozzle according to the sauce recipe and production schedule. Inspect product-contact surfaces and seals before the next approved product.
Inspect the mixing drive, agitator, piston movement, seals, valve passage and filling nozzle regularly. Confirm that the selected mixing-speed setting remains suitable for the approved sauce.
Seals, filling nozzles and other product-contact wear parts can be prepared according to the final valve, nozzle and filling-volume configuration.

Use only after operator training and confirmation of the approved electrical, mixing and filling configuration. Keep hands and tools away from the agitator while it is operating.
Hopper capacity, mixing configuration, adjustable-speed settings, valve passage, nozzle arrangement and optional electrically heated water jacket can be matched to the product sample and machine configuration. Mixing and heating can be selected separately or combined.
Support includes project configuration review, sample confirmation, factory testing video support, operation guidance, spare-parts planning and remote technical support.
Quick answers buyers usually ask before requesting a project quote.
Configuration depends on your product properties, container, output target, accuracy requirement, and line layout. Sample testing is recommended for special products.
Suitability should be confirmed with your product type, container shape, size, cap or label requirement, output target, and factory layout. Samples or drawings can be reviewed before quotation.
