This video shows an automatic mango juice bottle filling and capping line running with rectangular plastic bottles. The connected workflow includes automatic bottle unscrambling, a 10-head tracking servo filling machine, automatic cap feeding and double-head capping.
The video overlay reports 1 L per bottle in approximately 8 seconds and 4,500 bottles per hour for this 10-head test; final output depends on filling volume, juice properties, bottle size and line settings.
